We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon and support French-speaking small and medium-sized businesses using digital advertising products.
In this role, you will help by providing high-quality customer support, troubleshooting issues and delivering effective solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Support small and medium-sized businesses using Facebook and Instagram advertising products.
- Assist customers through live chat, email and outbound phone calls.
- Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate and helpful solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to advertising products, tools and processes.
- Resolve customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify recurring customer issues and trends and communicate relevant insights internally.
- Provide guidance and product support to help customers improve their advertising experience.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
What we're looking for
- Native or C2 level of French, both written and spoken.
- B2 level of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Ability to analyse problems and find practical solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, technical support or client-facing roles is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new products quickly.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
Working schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours per week.
- Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.
- Shifts may fall between 06:00 and 00:00.
