ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a people-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves building strong business teams and partnering closely with hiring managers across functions.This role is primarily focused on business and operational hiring in a fast-growing FinTech environment. This role is ~95% business/operational hiring and only a small portion of technical roles (~5%).
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Bringing exceptional talent on board across the globe with a strong focus on business roles (operations, support, finance, compliance, product support, etc.)

Owning the full recruitment cycle - from role scoping and sourcing strategy to offer and closing

Proactively growing teams by finding creative and non-standard ways to attract top talent

Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping shape team structures and hiring strategy

Delivering a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience at every stage

Contributing to and strengthening our employer brand through meaningful market presence and communication
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

At least 1- 2+ years’ experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition

Hands-on experience hiring and scaling both technical and non-technical teams across Europe

Good understanding of TA practices and how they power a FinTech company’s growth

Strong headhunting mindset - you know where to find the best people and how to win them over

Excellent relationship-builder who collaborates across functions with ease
