ROLE:
Supervise daily production to ensure targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met in a food/supplement manufacturing environment
Coordinate production operators to ensure an efficient workflow
Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement timely corrective actions
Plan production and maintain accurate production records
Ensure all required materials are available for production
Report production performance and issues to the Production Manager
Support the training and onboarding of new production staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or similar (preferred)
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Previous experience supervising teams (preferred)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
Good Excel skills and technological proficiency
Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to detail
