We are looking for a motivated, fast, and organized Barback to support our bartending team during high-volume services.
From sunset sessions to lively evenings, we’re searching for energetic team players who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about hospitality and premium service.
Responsibilities
* Refill and restock both bars (spirits, soft drinks, ice, glassware, garnishes)
* Keep all bar areas clean, organized, and fully operational
* Support bartenders during high-volume shifts
* Handle glassware cleaning and clearing efficiently
* Assist with daily bar setup and preparation
* Organize deliveries
* Maintain high standards of speed, cleanliness, and premium service
* Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and smooth operations
Profile
* Fast, proactive, and organized
* Strong team spirit
* Comfortable working in a busy environment
* Good presentation and strong hospitality mindset
* Previous experience in bars, restaurants, beach clubs, or nightlife is a plus
* Positive attitude, motivation are essential
