At the moment, we are looking for a System Analyst (Financial Systems) to join a multinational project, and you might be the one.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a System Analyst with experience in functional and technical specifications, financial data flows, and accounting/operational schemes, capable of supporting the implementation of finance‑related projects in a banking environment.
Working model: Hybrid (Lisbon)
Languages: English B2+ (mandatory)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing functional and technical specifications for finance‑related projects
- Defining operational and accounting schemes, including control frameworks
- Designing the structure of financial data flows to feed accounting and reporting systems
- Documenting specifications for downstream teams (Operating Systems IT, Financial IT Systems, FIP Engineering)
- Supporting the evolution and parametrization of the accounting interpreter
- Contributing to the testing strategy and validating implementation quality
- Providing aftercare support to reporting and finance users
- Participating in project management activities and coordination with stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in functional/technical analysis
- Experience defining accounting and operational schemes
- Experience designing data flows for financial systems
- Experience documenting functional and technical specifications
- Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting (plus)
- Knowledge of banking products or capital markets products (plus)
- Understanding of financial information systems
- Experience contributing to testing strategies (UAT/SIT)
- Strong skills in MS Excel
- Experience in project management or project coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
