Working closely with the Commercial Leadership, you will help drive commercial discipline, ensure robust pipeline governance, improve forecast accuracy and lead the management of strategic bids. You will work across multiple business groups and functions, partnering with Sales, Client Account Leads, Delivery, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to enable successful commercial outcomes.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, influencing senior stakeholders and making things happen.
Responsibilities:

Support Commercial Leadership in driving sales excellence across the business.

Own the commercial operating rhythm, coordinating regular pipeline, forecast and opportunity review meetings.

Monitor the health of the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are progressing through the sales lifecycle with high-quality data.

Drive forecast discipline by challenging assumptions, tracking changes and ensuring timely updates in commercial tools.

Follow up proactively with sales teams to ensure agreed actions and milestones are delivered.

Prepare executive dashboards, commercial reports and insights to support decision-making.

Identify commercial risks, gaps and growth opportunities, escalating where appropriate.

Promote consistency and compliance with commercial governance, processes and sales methodologies.

Continuously improve commercial reporting and operational processes.

Lead the end-to-end bid management process for strategic opportunities.

Develop bid plans, timelines and governance, ensuring all milestones are achieved.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Facilitate reviews, executive approvals and quality assurance activities.

Ensure proposals are delivered on time, are client-focused and meet the highest quality standards.
