This graduate role is part of SITA at Borders' Talent Accelerator 12-Month Graduate Programme in Lisbon. You will work on business-critical projects across Strategy, Portfolio/Product and Solutioning, helping teams build fact bases, improve processes, develop reusable solution assets and turn insights into practical recommendations. The programme gives you structured exposure to high-value project work and hands-on development. Strong performers will have the opportunity to progress into a second year of deeper specialisation and qualification — building the foundations for a long-term career in SITA Borders.
As a Graduate in Lisbon, you will support and own project activities across Strategy, Product/Portfolio and Solutioning, working with project managers, functional leads and the programme lead. Your exact work will depend on the projects you are assigned to, but examples include:

Assisting with consulting projects, such as developing customer-facing materials, conducting research and analysis, and translating complex information into clear recommendations and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.

Supporting strategy projects, such as market sizing, competitor research and PMO support.

Contributing to product and portfolio work, such as financial analysis, Power BI dashboards and KPI automation.

Analysing customer and internal feedback to support product decisions and continuous improvement.

Supporting solutioning activities, such as bid responses, solution templates and reusable proposal assets.

Building and maintaining knowledge bases, documentation and reporting packs used across Borders.

Using AI-enabled tools to support solution design, bid content, documentation and process improvement.

Turning analysis into clear, structured recommendations for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education & Qualifications
-
BSc and/ or MSc in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent fields aligned to Product, Solution Design or Strategy.

Minimum completed BSc degree required.
Experience

Maximum of 2 years of professional work experience after graduation.

Internships, university clubs, volunteering or similar initiatives are valued, particularly in consulting, product, technology, analytics, project management or business environments, but not a must-have.
Knowledge & Skills

Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving and ability to turn information into clear outputs.

Interest in strategy, product management, solution design, technology, AI-enabled process improvement or aviation/borders topics.

Good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work with stakeholders across local and global teams.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools; experience with Power BI, data analysis or AI productivity tools is a plus.
