The Strategic Project Manager will work directly with the CEO, leading the development and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. This position requires close collaboration with multiple business areas, as well as external partners and consultants when necessary, to ensure projects are delivered successfully and aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
ROLE:
Lead and coordinate strategic projects from initiation through to successful completion, working directly with the CEO;
Identify, analyze, and resolve critical business challenges across different departments and functions;
Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives;
Collaborate closely with department leaders and senior management to drive strategic initiatives and organizational priorities;
Develop data-driven analyses and actionable insights to support decision-making and long-term strategy development;
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and key stakeholders effectively;
Contribute to the definition and execution of the company’s overall strategic direction and growth plans;
Liaise with external consultants, partners, and stakeholders whenever required to ensure project success and alignment with strategic goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly desirable;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, consulting, project management, business strategy, or a related area;
Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously;
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
Ability to work cross-functionally, independently, and with a high level of ownership.
