Your role
As an Automation and Robotics Technician, your main responsibilities will include:
Reporting, in alignment with the Manager, on selecting the appropriate development strategy for equipment (internal design, partial external design, or full external design).
Maintaining effective interface and collaboration with HCG counterparts.
Coordinating the assigned project team, ensuring proper follow up of implementation and execution activities, and full compliance with the project schedule.
Following internal development procedures, from the initial specifications document to equipment start up.
Ensuring proper supplier management and budget monitoring.
Installing, programming, testing, and commissioning automation, instrumentation, and robotics equipment and systems, applying suitable planning, assembly techniques, and programming languages.
Using appropriate analytical techniques to correct programming errors and employing software tools to integrate and coordinate robotic equipment within production processes.
Developing training programs and all associated documentation.
Diagnosing potential failures in manufacturing equipment and automation, instrumentation, and robotics systems, using the most suitable diagnostic techniques and instruments.
Proposing improvement solutions aimed at optimizing industrial performance (productivity, reliability, safety).
Actively contributing to improvements in work organization, safety, cost control, and deadlines.
Reporting all detected anomalies and potential improvement points to the management hierarchy.
Your profile
Required Skills
Bechelor’s degree in Computer, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Knowledge of HBP quality, environmental, safety, and energy standards.
Proactivity and strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience in similar roles.
