Job Description
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with strong experience in the Data domain to lead complex data integration, migration, and transformation initiatives within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
The successful candidate will combine strong project delivery capabilities with a hands-on approach, ensuring successful execution of data-focused projects while managing stakeholders across business, IT, quality, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of data integration and migration projects

Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

Coordinate business, IT, data, and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution

Drive data migration planning, testing, validation, and cutover activities

Ensure compliance with CSV (Computer System Validation) and regulatory requirements
-
Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and executive status reporting
-
Identify and resolve delivery risks and project roadblocks proactively
-
Support data quality, governance, and operational readiness activities
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager delivering Data Integration and Data Migration projects

Strong understanding of data management, data flows, and system integrations

Experience working in the regulated pharmaceutical environments

Solid knowledge of CSV/CSA methodologies and validation requirements

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Delivery-focused mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach

Experience coordinating cross-functional and vendor teams

Excellent risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities

PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data platforms, ETL/integration technologies, or cloud-based data solutions

Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
