The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for driving the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of strategic projects that are critical to the organization. This role will involve working closely with multiple departments, as well as potentially engaging with external consultants and stakeholders.
ROLE:
Identify, analyze, and resolve key issues facing the company across departments;
Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects;
Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to align business efforts with the company’s strategic objectives;
Generate data-driven insights to inform strategy formulation;
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources in a structured and effective manner;
Contribute to the company's strategic planning and long-term direction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA is considered highly desirable;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management, or business strategy;
Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and tackle complex problems effectively;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several projects simultaneously;
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across different functions.
