AS OUR NEW HUMAN RESOURCES GERNERALIST INTERN YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or Economics (or related....)
- Be fluent in Portuguese (C1/C2), English (B2)
- Be unemployed and registered in IEFP
- Be betweeen 18 and 35 years old, except in the case of "estágio de inserção", for which there is no age limit
- Never have participated in an IEFP internship
- If the candidate has already completed an IEFP internship, it must not have been at the same level of the National Qualifications Framework (EG: 1st internship level 5, 2nd internship level 6)
- Not have had any employment relationship, service provision or internship with the host organization or any entities within the same group in the 24 months prior to the application
