As a Business Architect, you will work at the enterprise level across the entire Technology organisation , aligning business aspirations with technology execution. Reporting to the Director of Business Architecture & Integration, you will drive immediate strategic initiatives while helping to mature and shape the long-term business architecture practice.
You will collaborate closely with senior business and technology leaders to proactively and holistically help and guide the enterprise through transformation and optimisation initiatives, supporting the formulation of business strategy, outcomes and capabilities - shaping operating models, supporting investment decisions, and creating clear, actionable views of the business to enable transformation. The environment is fast-paced, evolving, and full of opportunity - and you will need to thrive in ambiguity, navigate complex hierarchies, and influence without authority. The core objectives of the Business Architecture team are to help the organisation achieve targeted business outcomes related to growing revenue, optimising costs, and mitigating risks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Clarify strategic intentions, identify business outcomes, explore implications, impacts, and risks for our key strategic and transformation initiatives
Proven experience in business architecture, strategy formulation, business analysis, and enterprise-level transformation.
You demonstrate a strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and proactively advocate for inclusive practices in strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making processes.
