Key Responsibilities
- Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests, providing friendly and attentive service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff efficiently.
- Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to the restaurant's standards of presentation and quality.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas and service stations.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Knowledge of Menu: Stay informed about the menu, daily specials, allergens, and pairing suggestions to provide recommendations to guests.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer-facing role preferred.
- Availability: Must be available for early morning or evening shifts, 5 days a week, including weekends.
- Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attitude: Positive, professional, and team-oriented demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
