A Snapshot of Your Day
As PLM Program Manager for Service Lifecycle Management, you lead the business-side transformation of service lifecycle capabilities within the “Janus” PLM transformation program. You represent GT Service, translate operational needs into scalable processes, and act as the business-side SLM Capability Owner.
With Teamcenter as the future PLM backbone and SAP S4 supporting operational service processes, you ensure that lifecycle data and the BOM flow reliably from engineering into service planning, quotation, execution, and feedback.
You coordinate experts from Service, Engineering, PLM, IT, and related functions, own business requirements and priorities, and partner with solution teams to deliver scalable capabilities with measurable operational value.
