We benefit from clients facing professionals and corporate offices in two cities: Milan and Rome. The Value and Risk Advisory Department at JLL Italy provides clients with core professional valuation and advisory services, characterised by upper grade specialisation.
Our services are aimed at a wide variety of clients including Institutional Property Investors (Real Estate Funds, Property Companies and Corporate Organizations), Private Individuals, Freeholders and Owner-occupiers, Property Developers & Promoters, Banks and Insurance Companies, Public Institutions, including Institutions and Companies for whom Real Estate is not a core business.

Joining the Value and Risk Advisory team as a Senior Valuer means operating autonomously in everyday workload management, being responsible for producing and delivering valuation client reports, ensuring unrivalled client service and quality, liaising directly with clients and coordinating junior team members.
Competences & Key Responsibilities
Candidates may have either an economic or a technical educational background. RICS Membership is a plus.
The ideal candidate comes from consulting/corporate companies, preferably with an international/European focus as well as local experience, and has at least 5 years experience in real estate valuation and related activities.
Familiarity with a wide range of real estate types (locations, uses, investment grades) is required.
Excellent financial analysis skills (ability to work on DCF models), report writing skills, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Argus are essential.
Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and oral, is required.
The successful candidate is collaborative, has a proactive approach, is precise, detail-oriented and well organized; comfortable working under the pressure of tight deadlines.
