We are now looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead our commercial growth in Lisbon, Portugal.
You will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and positioning Effisus solutions in major construction and refurbishment projects. You will work closely with: Architects, Developers, Main Contractors, Engineering Consultants, Specialist Subcontractors.
This role combines: Business Development, Technical Sales, Specification Sales, Strategic Account Management, On-site project engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction, building materials, façade, waterproofing, insulation, membranes, or related technical sectors
- Strong commercial and business development background
- Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, or developers
- Technical and consultative sales approach
- Fluent Portuguese and English
- Based in the Greater Lisbon Area
Strongly Preferred
- Building envelope / façade experience
- Specification sales experience
- Existing network within the Portuguese construction market
- Experience with international companies
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction-related field
