What You'll do:
- Conduct workshops with clients to understand and discuss the solution. Analyze customer systems and service requirements;
- Prepare and lead the playbacks with the client;
- Support developers for the technical specification and initial tests of features;
- Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information;
- Lead the customer to have the key users accept the solution to Go Live by having the customer do acceptance tests, negative tests, stress tests, etc;
- Training key users;
- Deliver project documentation, including training manuals and configuration documentation;
- Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule;
- Early live support and handover to support and maintenance;
- Identify possible process improvement alongside FICs activities to generate more efficiency and time reduction;
- Mostly on site job;
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
- Requirements gathering, including functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and system integration requirements;
- Design BPMN, Use cases and Scenarios and validate them with development team;
- Produce the Business Solution Architecture/High-Level Design, identifying the gap for Amadeus products and for a bespoke solution;
- Configuration of software components: workflows and business rules and Configuration of monitor software applications (like Inspector app);
- Fluent in English;
