We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business System Analyst to support BAU operations and continuous ERP process enhancements. In this role, you will support the Finance Transformation programme by enabling Agile delivery practices across ERP rollout projects, BAU evolutives, and change requests (CRs).
Acting as a key bridge between Finance, IT, and Systems teams, you will ensure effective ticket management, process improvements, and stable ERP operations across the organisation. You will also play an active role in identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to drive efficiency and smarter decision-making.
Review, prioritise, and track JIRA tickets (incidents, service requests, and change requests).

3 to 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.
