ROLE:
Support, guidance and presentation of solutions to customers, by email and telephone.
Management of and follow-up of complaints and order-related incidents.
Possibility of involvement in other projects according to the company's needs and candidates knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluency in 2 languages – Portuguese and Spanish or English (elimination factor)
Strong communication and learning skills
Experience in customer service and support area (preferred)
Good IT skills Initiative and leadership spirit
