Key Responsibilities

Operations in F&B service, bar, and guest relations.

Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience.

Build strong connections with recurrent guests and foster lasting relationships.

Provide presentations of our farm and hotel to new guests.

Serve in the restaurant and support colleagues wherever needed.

Identify tasks proactively and take initiative without being asked.

Manage and motivate the team, especially during the busy summer months.
Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality, particularly in food & beverage service and/or guest relations.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support a team.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Confidence in speaking with guests and presenting our concept with enthusiasm.

Flexibility to take on different tasks and help across departments when needed.

A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
