Syensqo is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to help shape and deliver impactful communications that support business transformation, organizational change, and employee engagement across a global and multi-site environment

This role is ideal for a communications professional who combines strong execution skills with creativity, curiosity, and a strong background in internal communications. The successful candidate will help translate business transformation and cultural topics into clear, engaging, and actionable communication for diverse audiences across countries, functions, and operational sites

Working closely with the Communications Director, corporate culture and change management team business stakeholders, and HR VP, the Internal Communications Manager will support major transformation initiatives, leadership communication, and cross-functional communication campaigns. The role requires someone who is collaborative, adaptable, and confident operating in an international matrix organization

Change & Transformation Communications

Support the development and execution of internal communication strategies for transformation, organizational change, and business initiatives

Translate complex business updates into clear and engaging communication tailored to different employee audiences, from shop floor to office employees, from remote workers to office and lab based employees

Partner with HR, business leaders, functions, and project teams to align communication with transformation goals and employee needs

Help drive communication planning during periods of change, ensuring consistency, transparency, and employee engagement
Internal Communication Campaigns

Develop and manage internal communication campaigns across multiple channels and geographies

Create compelling content including articles, newsletters, leadership messages, presentations, videos, intranet content, talking points, and employee stories

Coordinate communication rollouts across countries, sites, and functions while adapting messages and languages when needed

Ensure communications are aligned with Syensqo’s culture, values, and strategic priorities
Innovation & Engagement

Bring fresh ideas to improve employee engagement and communication effectiveness

Explore creative formats and digital tools to enhance storytelling and interaction

Monitor internal communication trends and recommend new approaches that strengthen employee experience and understanding
Channel & Project Management

Coordinate communication calendars, editorial planning, and campaign timelines

Help manage internal communication channels and ensure consistency of messaging

Support measurement and reporting on communication effectiveness and engagement

Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced international environment

You will bring:
Required Experience

8-10 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, change communications, or employee engagement

Experience supporting transformation or organizational change initiatives within an international company

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English
-
Experience working across multiple stakeholders, functions, and geographies
-
Strong project management and organizational skills
-
Ability to simplify complex information and adapt messages for different audiences
Preferred Experience
-
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, science, technology, or global matrix organizations
-
Experience communicating with both corporate and operational/site-based audiences
-
Familiarity with digital communication platforms, intranet tools, and multimedia content

Experience supporting leadership communications
