As a Senior Mobile Developer, you play a key role in evolving our mobile application landscape. You take ownership of the technical foundation of our mobile apps and shape their architecture to ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Our current mobile applications are built using Flutter and support care professionals in their daily work within care facilities. In this role, you act as a technical driver for mobile development, defining architectural guardrails, improving synchronization mechanisms with backend and on-premise systems, and establishing robust mobile engineering practices.
You combine deep mobile expertise with pragmatic leadership to ensure our apps are performant, resilient, and built for long-term scalability — including the responsible use of AI-supported development tools.
Your Responsibilities

You design and evolve the mobile application architecture, primarily based on Flutter.

You take ownership of synchronization mechanisms between mobile apps and backend/on-premise systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
