We are currently recruiting a Wok Head Chef (Full-time) for our restaurants in Braga.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all kitchen operations;
- Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of all dishes;
- Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team while ensuring compliance with the group’s standards;
- Monitor food costs, waste control, and stock management;
- Represent the kitchen both internally and externally;
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Wok Head Chef (minimum 3 years);
- Strong creative vision combined with excellent technical skills;
- Leadership, organisational, and decision-making abilities;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Professionalism, responsibility, and attention to detail;
- A clear gastronomic identity aligned with the restaurant’s concept;
- Availability to work rotating schedules and manage multidisciplinary teams.
