Ensure the monthly processing of salaries, allowances, bonuses, commissions, overtime, absences, sick leave, vacations, and other applicable allowances or deductions;
Ensure the correct integration of payroll information with accounting, ensuring the validation of cost centers, accounting accounts, accruals, provisions, and respective entries;
Analyze and control personnel costs, preparing salary evolution reports, social charges, benefits, absenteeism, overtime, and other relevant indicators;
Produce periodic reports to support the Human Resources Department and Administration, with critical analysis of the main deviations and trends;
Develop statistical analyses and HR dashboards, namely on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, payroll, productivity, cost structure, and resource planning;
Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and budget revisions related to payroll costs and employee-related expenses;
Ensure the consistency, reliability, and updating of HR databases, ensuring the quality and integrity of the information;
Identify opportunities for improvement in payroll processes, reporting, internal control, and task automation;
Monitor legal, tax, and labor changes impacting payroll processing and ensure their correct application;
Collaborate with the Accounting, Finance, and Operations areas to guarantee the correct handling of HR and payroll information;
Prepare information and documentation to support internal and external audits or inspections;
Act with a high degree of autonomy, confidentiality, analytical rigor, and attention to detail, ensuring the reliability of all processes under their responsibility.
