FAZ FALTA is coming to life at the Torres Vedras Municipal Market: a gourmet grocery store with a café soul, where the best Portuguese and international products meet good food, good conversation and good company.
We're building our founding team — the first people to bring this new, characterful project to life. Starting in October.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming and delighting people, at the counter and at the table
- Preparing and serving coffee, sandwiches, daily specials, salads and desserts
- Helping curate and present our grocery products
- Being part of a small team where every person matters
Who we're looking for:
- Someone friendly, upbeat, and comfortable talking to people
- A genuine love for food, coffee, and good experiences
- Understands that working in a shop/café is more than serving — it's selling: knowing how to recommend, suggest, and get people excited to try and take something home
- Willingness to learn and grow with the project
- Team spirit and a sense of responsibility
- Hospitality/retail experience is a plus, but not required
