About the role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with excellent German language skills. You will support customers of a well-known European company by providing high-quality assistance and customer services.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and written inquiries from German-speaking customers.
- Provide support by addressing questions and resolving issues.
- Accurately process customer requests during the first point of contact.
- Ensure professional, efficient, and timely resolution of customer concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum C2 level of German language.
- Minimum B2 level of English language for internal communication.
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centre roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Service-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
- Availability to work remotely from Portugal.
