Role: Project Manager
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal
Required skills:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar areas;

Minimum 3 years of experience managing technology projects, preferably focused on AI and Machine Learning initiatives;

Experience coordinating project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery;

Ability to translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions and project deliverables;
-
Experience working closely with Development, Architecture, and Support teams;
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
-
Experience managing project timelines, risks, dependencies, and priorities;
-
Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts and technologies;
-
Understanding of AI solution delivery processes and technology ecosystems;
-
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
-
Experience ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and architectural best practices;
-
Ability to monitor KPIs and success metrics for technology and AI projects;
-
Experience working in cross-functional and agile environments;
-
Experience in the Telecommunications sector is highly valued;

Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus;

Knowledge of data engineering concepts is a plus;

Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
