Position: SEN Therapist / Learning Support Therapist

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Therapist to join our multidisciplinary support team, which follows the prestigious Cambridge International Education Curriculum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Individual and small-group support for students with Special Educational Needs within a multicultural educational environment. Be committed to inspiring students in a multicultural and inclusive environment.
key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and/or small-group therapeutic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN);
- Support students with emotional regulation, communication, social interaction, sensory needs, or learning difficulties;
- Collaborate with teachers, psychologists, coordinators, and families to implement individualized support strategies;
- Participate in the development and monitoring of Individual Education Plans;
- Conduct observations and contribute to student progress reports;
- Promote inclusion and wellbeing within the school environment;
- Support classroom adaptations and intervention strategies when required.
Profile:
- Higher education in relevant areas such as Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Psychomotor Therapy, Educational Psychology, or related field;
- Previous experience working with children and young people in educational settings;
- Experience supporting students with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, or other SEN profiles;
- English language proficiency, spoken and written;
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with Cambridge programmes;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and multicultural team;
