Job Description
As a Commerce Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex product development initiatives within a critical E-Commerce program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards for our clients.
Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of product development initiatives.

Define the delivery scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with client management and stakeholders.

Develop detailed delivery plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery requirements are clearly understood and met.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.

Facilitate meetings and discussions to drive decision-making and resolve delivery issues.

Manage changes to the delivery scope and schedule.

Ensure that deliveries are delivered on time, and within scope.

Conduct post-delivery evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the product management team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Report and escalate to Programme Management.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Commerce Delivery Lead in a technology-driven environment.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

Demonstrated experience in product management, including product lifecycle management and roadmap development.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD and monitoring tools (Bamboo / Jenkins or similar, Grafana / OpenSearch or similar) is a plus.
