Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer enquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and service procedures.
- Contribute to operational improvements through reporting and performance analysis.
- Prepare reports and support internal and client-facing data requests when required.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level French with at least B2-level English.
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon city centre.
- Previous experience in a BPO, customer support, or contact centre environment is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting or data visualization tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
