As an IT Support Specialist, you'll enable colleagues to do their best work by delivering exceptional IT support and helping create a seamless digital workplace. You'll collaborate with teams across Iberia and BCG's global IT organization while contributing to service improvements through automation, AI, and modern workplace technologies.
What You'll Do
You'll provide first and second-line IT support for the Lisbon Capability Center, resolving complex technical issues while ensuring a reliable, secure, and high-quality technology experience. You'll also support local and global IT initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, and help improve operational efficiency.

Resolve complex incidents across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, cloud services, and endpoint technologies.

Administer Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta to manage devices, identities, and access.

Manage ServiceNow incidents, requests, assets, and CMDB data to maintain accurate IT records.

Deliver onboarding, end-user training, and onsite or remote technical support for meetings and events.

Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks.

Identify recurring issues, drive problem management, and continuously improve support processes through automation and AI.

Mentor junior IT Support Specialists and contingent workers while collaborating with regional and global IT teams.

Support additional operational activities as required to meet business needs.
What You'll Bring
Essential
-
Two to four years of IT support or workplace technology experience in a corporate environment.
-
Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office applications.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, and identity management technologies.

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.

Experience supporting collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex, Poly, or Zoom.

Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent Portuguese and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Comfortable using approved GenAI tools responsibly to improve productivity.
Preferred
-
Microsoft or ITIL certification.

Experience supporting macOS and JAMF.

Exposure to automation, AI-enabled support tools, or low-code solutions.
Who You'll Work With
You'll join the IT team supporting the Lisbon Capability Center and work closely with colleagues across the Iberia System and BCG's global IT organization. You'll collaborate with local office teams, regional technology specialists, and external vendors while helping develop junior members of the IT support team.
