Overview:
The Deskside Technician provides onsite support, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of end-user computing equipment and peripherals at corporate locations. The role involves resolving incidents, supporting connectivity, performing hardware/software services, and ensuring SLAs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Perform laptop imaging and re-imaging, ensuring systems are configured according to organizational standards.
- Handle Operating System deployment using tools such as Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and USB-based installations.
- Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory, including password resets, account unlocks, and group assignments.
- Support and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi), IP configuration, and VPN support.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network printers, including driver setup and connectivity issues.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and asset management processes.
- Collaborate with customers, departments, and teams to resolve issues.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5 years in EUC/Windows support.
- Strong knowledge of imaging tools (Ghost, MDT), data backup/recovery tools (USMT).
- Expertise in Windows 7/10 deployment, upgrades, migrations, and system maintenance.
- Skills in hardware/software configuration, network connectivity, mobile computing, and backup/recovery options.

Pay: 140.00€ - 160.00€ per day
