You will join an established Test Centre responsible for test design and execution across strategic Savings and Protection solutions. The team operates according to a mature and proven testing strategy, methodology and governance model.
As a Senior Test Leader, you will help define test strategies, prepare master test plans, coordinate Test Analysts and ensure that testing activities are delivered according to scope, quality and schedule.
You will also manage testing progress, defects, risks and reporting, providing project stakeholders with the information required to support Go/No-Go decisions.
Test Strategy and Planning

Contribute to the definition of the overall test strategy and Master Test Plan.
- Define test scope, schedules, priorities, resources and deliverables.
- Organise your own activities and coordinate the work of assigned Test Analysts.
- Ensure testing activities comply with established methodologies, standards and procedures.
- Identify delivery, quality and testing risks and define appropriate follow-up actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and knowledge-sharing activities.
Test Design

Coordinate the design of functional and Business Analyst test scenarios.
- Ensure alignment between test coverage, project requirements and expected deliverables.
- Register test subjects, scenarios and supporting information in the appropriate test management tools.
- Guarantee the preparation, validation and communication of all testing deliverables within the assigned scope.
- Establish the correct prioritisation of test cases according to business impact and project risk.
Test Execution

Coordinate and, when necessary, directly execute tests within your area of expertise.
- Ensure test results and supporting evidence are correctly recorded.
- Track execution progress and identify risks that could affect deadlines or quality.
- Escalate deviations, blockers and delivery risks to the Test Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide reliable testing information to support Go/No-Go decisions.
Team Leadership and Coordination

Lead and support one or more software testers or Test Analysts.
- Assign priorities, monitor progress and help remove testing blockers.
- Motivate the testing team and promote collaboration across business and technical teams.
- Provide clear guidance while maintaining high quality and delivery standards.
- Support the professional development and autonomy of team members.
Defect Management

Identify, document and track defects using the appropriate tools.
- Coordinate defect triage and support anomaly prioritisation according to severity and business impact.
- Work with development and business teams throughout the correction process.
- Coordinate defect retesting and regression validation.
- Provide the evidence required for final test reports and project closure.
Reporting and Governance

Prepare and communicate test progress, coverage, quality and defect reports.
- Lead testing progress and defect-management committees.
- Report risks, dependencies, blockers and deviations to project stakeholders.
- Provide accurate information and recommendations for Go/No-Go decisions.
- Contribute to final reports, testing procedures and lessons-learned documentation.

More than six years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong experience defining test strategies and Master Test Plans.
- Ability to create detailed test schedules and coordinate testing activities.
- Proven experience leading or managing Software Testers and Test Analysts.
- Experience designing, coordinating and executing functional tests.
- Strong knowledge of defect management, prioritisation and retesting.
- Experience producing test reports and communicating progress to project stakeholders.
- Ability to lead test-progress and defect-management meetings.
- Experience identifying and monitoring testing and delivery risks.
- Ability to provide reliable recommendations for Go/No-Go decisions.
- Practical experience working in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Micro Focus/ALM Octane.
- Knowledge of API testing.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing.
- Fluency in French.
