ABOUT US:

RESPONSABILITIES
- Regularly contact the database of potential clients through cold calling, email, and other channels to generate new business opportunities
- Perform structured, goal-oriented cold calling, ensuring an effective approach in presenting solutions and identifying client needs
- Act in line with the commercial strategy, contacting potential clients or partners according to defined priorities
- Qualify sales opportunities and assign the potential client to the appropriate Sales Manager, in line with the business unit strategy
- Schedule meetings with potential clients for the sales team, increasing the likelihood of converting new business opportunities
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of client and opportunity data in the CRM system in use
- Serve as the first point of contact for new clients requesting proposals, conducting an initial needs assessment and routing accordingly
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying potential issues, reporting errors, and suggesting process enhancements or solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Management or a related field is preferred.
- 1 up to 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong customer orientation and focus on achieving results.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar)
- Bonus points: Knowledge of Digital Marketing solutions and tools (SMS Marketing, Voice Mailing, Marketing Services, Mobile Marketing).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week at the Lisbon office).
