We are currently looking for a new member for the Departments | Recruitment team to join us in the position of Loyalty and Customer Experience Analyst.
Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Lisbon

Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day execution of the loyalty program across shopping centers, including campaigns, communications, and customer activations.

Assist in managing and updating content across loyalty touchpoints such as the App, email, website, and CRM.

Support the planning, implementation, and validation of customer communications, such as newsletters and push notifications.

Contribute to the improvement of the customer journey across digital channels, ensuring a simple, relevant, and consistent experience for users.

Collaborate with UX/UI and Product teams by sharing inputs and supporting the development of new features and enhancements that improve the customer journey.

Work with internal teams across marketing, digital, and operations to ensure alignment and consistency throughout all initiatives.

Assist in the rollout and monitoring of digital engagement services and features.
