Join us as a Business Analyst Trainee
We are currently seeking to recruit a Business Analyst Trainee to join our team in Porto . This is an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience and develop your skills in business analysis and process and systems analysis within a multi-jurisdictional company. You will work closely with the Euronext Corporate Functions’ Business Process & Systems Analyst team, supporting major project developments and gaining insight into the processes and systems that underpin our business lines, QA and development teams.
Key Accountabilities
As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will:
- Assisting in workshops with business stakeholders to develop detailed functional requirements.
- Working within the Business Process & Systems Analyst team to produce documentation such as functional specifications, business process flows, use cases/user stories and data mappings.
- Supporting the team manager and other business analysts as required.
- Collaborating with development and QA teams to support their testing activities.
- Liaising with third party suppliers as needed.
- Interpreting business requirements to deliver clear and actionable functional specifications.
- Ensuring requirements are correctly understood by development teams and maintaining good relationship management with business stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in IT, Engineering or relevant fields.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, able to document complex business requirements clearly and unambiguously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in client-facing projects.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure industry with strict deadlines.
- Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities.
- Ability to interface with different project teams from IT to business.
- Willingness to learn and be a strong team player.
- Fluent in English.
- Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship.
