We are currently looking for a new member for the OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE, PORTUGAL team to join us in the position of BigIN Operations.
Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Lisbon
Requirements:
Academic background in Management, Engineering, Administration, Architecture, or related areas (preferred).
Previous experience (internship or up to 1 year) in Facilities, Maintenance.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Support the daily management of facilities (buildings, offices, and common areas).
Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance control with suppliers and service providers.
Monitor technical visits and minor maintenance interventions.
Collaborate in the management of facilities service contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance, catering, etc.).
Support the monitoring of resource consumption (water, energy, waste) and sustainability initiatives.
Conduct periodic rounds to identify maintenance or improvement needs.
Provide logistical support for internal changes, space organization, and small corporate events.
