Role Overview
As a Copilot & Automation Adoption Analyst , you will support the design and execution of AI adoption, change management, and process transformation initiatives , helping clients integrate Copilot and automation solutions into their daily operations.
You will work closely with both business and technical teams , contributing not only to adoption activities but also to process analysis, automation opportunities, and delivery operations improvements .
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Copilot adoption and change management initiatives, including communication strategies, adoption campaigns, workshops, and stakeholder engagement, while tracking adoption KPIs and metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-ready materials and support project execution, contributing to reporting, knowledge sharing, and continuous capability building.
- Identify and implement automation and AI-driven solutions (Power Automate, RPA, intelligent workflows) to improve operational efficiency and enhance business processes.
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement, supporting initiatives across automation, Copilot, and digital workplace transformation.
