Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Software Developer Tech Lead to join the IT Corporate Functions team. The position will be based in Porto, and start as soon as possible. You will report to the Head of Software Development Corporate Functions.
You will primarily be responsible for:
- Leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and driving engineering excellence across Corporate Functions applications
- Overseeing the design and implementation of new functionalities, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and best practices
- Leading the adoption of AI tools (such as Copilot, GitHub, MCP) to accelerate and optimise the software development lifecycle
- Coordinating process improvement, re-engineering, and solution design to address technical challenges and enhance automation
- Debugging and optimising code, introducing automation to reduce manual and repetitive work
- Managing the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Your profile:
- Senior-level experience in software development, with significant hands-on expertise in Azure, C#, and .NET
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices in cloud environments
- In-depth technical knowledge in one or more of the following: DevOps (Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment), IaaS production environments, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube
- Experience managing and delivering software or infrastructure development projects
- Proven track record in process improvement, re-engineering, and root-cause analysis and resolution
- Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

IT Corporate Functions is the team responsible for all Corporate Applications across the Euronext Group, supporting Finance Systems, HR, CRM, and other key business platforms.
The team acts as a bridge between Business and IT, enhancing communication and enabling business departments to move initiatives forward and automate manual workloads more efficiently, while ensuring compliance with IT protocols and controls.
