Job Description
Responsibilities

Support IT analysis and application maintenance

Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the backlog
-
Contribute to the support of actuarial applications (e.g., PROPHET, ESG-CHESS, CIRIS, IBNRS)
Main Activities

Define and manage user stories with the team and PO
-
Clarify business needs and plan actions with stakeholders
-
Track progress and communicate updates to users and teams
-
Contribute to testing (including non-regression tests)

Support documentation and knowledge sharing
-
Ensure compliance with engineering and security standards
-
Work closely with offshore and technical teams
Support & Maintenance

Ensure application stability, performance, and scalability
-
Provide functional and technical support to users
-
Monitor and resolve incidents according to SLAs
-
Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure delivery

Collaborate with platform operators
Qualifications
-
Excel with VBA (advanced level)
-
Tests (non-regression, sanity)
-
Cloud knowlegde
-
Python knowledge
-
Agile methods, ability to work in agile mode
-
ITIL knowledge (practical level)
-
French - C1 (mandatory)
- English - B2 (Upper Intermediate)
-
Minimum 3 years in similar functions (BA with App support)
