We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our PERM Team.
You’ll be in charge of spreading the Damia magic!

About you:
- Assist with the department's main tasks;
- Early responsibility.
- Source candidates more effectively, applying Boolean search techniques with minimal supervision;
- Conduct interviews semi-independently, taking on more responsibility;
- Submit candidates with increasing ownership and consistently meet delivery targets;
- Prepare reports semi-independently;
- Responsible for recruitment data management.
- Proactively contribute ideas and resolve issues independently, with minimal supervision.
- At least 6 months of experience in the IT field.
- Experience in recruiting different tech profiles;
- Experience in conducting interviews;
- Proficiency in at least one sourcing method;
- Good communication skills;
- Someone eager to learn.

Salary Range: from 16 800€ up to 22 500€ annual + Meal Allowance + Commissions
