Role Purpose
The HR Specialist is responsible for driving and executing the full Talent & HR roadmap for the Ingenious Lion Tech Hub, acting as a strategic and operational partner to the team leaders while ensuring a strong employee experience.
This role combines HR operations, talent development, employee relations, and cultural initiatives, in close alignment with Publicis Groupe local team frameworks, supporting a fast-growing, agile, and international tech environment.
Admin & Compliance

Full admission process

Support international mobility and relocation processes

Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor law and internal policies

Support risk assessment, disciplinary processes and sensitive employee cases when required
Onboarding

Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners, from admission to Day One and first months

Deliver and facilitate onboarding sessions

Support team integration initiatives and structured follow-ups

Monitor onboarding quality and employee experience during critical moments
People & Talent

Support career and feedback frameworks

Coordinate with team leads to ensure follow-up on action plans and results

Support talent reviews, internal growth discussions and retention initiatives

Contribute to talent presentations and internal communications

Support international mobility and relocation processes
L&D

Support skills development initiatives, with a focus on tech and future skills (AI tools, data, automation)

Promote a culture of continuous learning, feedback and upskilling
Events & Engagement

Support engagement initiatives aligned with the Tech Hub identity and Publicis Groupe values

Organize, support and coordinate engagement activities such as team events, monthly recognition initiatives and hub-wide moments

Contribute to employer branding and external communication initiatives

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related field

Solid experience (3–5 years) in HR Generalist or Talent Business Partner roles (mandatory)

Previous experience in tech, digital or fast-paced environments (mandatory)

Knowledge of Portuguese labor law

Experience working with HRIS and digital HR tools

Strong communication skills

Hands-on, structured and business-oriented mindset

Fluency in Portuguese and English (B2 or more – mandatory)
