Your role:
- Ensure proper registration records in the information systems;
- Manage automotive claim repair following contract coverage;
- Check the admissibility of requests;
- Contact by phone all departments needed;
- Contact by mail all departments needed;
- Analyze records and check insurability and the financial risk based on their knowledge and tools to support the decision in accordance with the procedures and the rules of delegation;
- Notify the decisions to customers and/or business partners;
- Ensure administrative management of all operations prearranged;
- Ensure compliance with established standards of quality, security and control operations and risk management as defined in the working procedures;
- Guarantee a healthy team spirit;
- Demonstrate a professional response to stress;
- Guarantee the continuity and stability of team;
- Propose improvements to working methods and assist in the implementation of these improvements;
- Be source of proposals and suggestions in order to improve daily work;
- Ensure the feedback to the hierarchy and alert when necessary;
- Contribute to the proper functioning of the team, particularly in terms of knowledge sharing and maintenance of good working relations between the teams, customers and suppliers;
- Ensure compliance with professional secrecy data confidentiality;
Your skills:
- Fluent spoken and written Italian (C2 or native)
- Good command of English or Portuguese
- Experience in customer support, administration, and other related areas is valued
- Experience in mechanics is also highly valued
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and administrative processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a structured environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics is an advantage.
What you receive:
- Base salary: €1000-€1100 gross/month (depending on experience)
- Daily meal allowance: €12

- Schedules form 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday and on bank holidays.
- First month on site, with the possibility of a hybrid work at a later date
