As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide support to ByteDance users via inbound and outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include understanding, reviewing, and resolving issues related to the company’s e-commerce platform, as well as escalating cases when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
Investigate and resolve issues that are reported by buyers/sellers/customers/creators such as checking order and logistics status.
Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
Escalate issues to the company in accordance with its procedures.
Monday to Sunday - 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00 (rotative shifts)
Days Off - 2 Rotative days
Requirements:
Speak full fluency German level language skill (C1 minimum);
Speak English B2;
Ability to work independently and/or in a team;
Problem solving-skills;
Good communications skills (both verbal and written);
Positive attitude;
Ambitious.
Note: Portuguese Residence card, or EU passport is required for NON-EU candidates.
