The role
We're looking for an AI-native Junior Product Designer to join our Product Design team at OLX. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you will be embedded in a product team and work at the intersection of design, code, and AI systems. You will use AI tools - including Lovable, Claude, and Cursor - as everyday instruments to prototype, iterate, and ship live product experiences. The output we expect is not static mockups: it's working artifacts that reach production with engineering pair-support. You will own your design decisions end-to-end and be accountable for the quality and impact of what you ship.
This role can be based in the following locations: Spain (remote or Barcelona) or Portugal (remote or Lisbon). Please note that OLX does not provide relocation support for this position. Therefore, we can only consider applications from candidates who are currently residing in one of the listed locations.
