About the role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and hands-on Marketing Designer to support the company’s marketing, branding and project communication needs.
This role is focused on the execution of high-quality visual materials across print, digital, presentations, real estate project marketing and internal communication. The successful candidate will work closely with management, commercial teams and external partners to ensure that all visual outputs are consistent, polished and aligned with the company’s brand standards.
This is a practical design role requiring strong production skills, good visual judgment and the ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Requirement : Weekend work is rare but can occasionally be necessary

Responsibilities
- Create and adapt marketing materials for real estate developments, sales campaigns and corporate communication
- Design brochures, flyers, presentations, signage, invitations, digital assets, social media materials and other branded content
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and external suppliers when required
- Support the creation and maintenance of brand templates and visual guidelines
- Adapt existing materials to different formats, platforms and audiences
- Ensure consistency of typography, layout, image treatment and visual identity across all company materials
- Working closely with managing director, project team and commercial team to translate briefs into clear visual outputs
- Support website, landing page and digital campaign visual assets
- Organise and maintain design files, templates, image libraries and production assets
- Assist with photography selection, image editing and visual preparation for real estate projects
- Contribute creative ideas while ensuring practical, timely and brand-consistent execution
Candidate Requirements and Skills
Design & production (hands-on)
Candidates must be able to personally produce and edit work.
- Adobe InDesign – advanced proficiency
- Adobe Photoshop – production-level proficiency
- Adobe Illustrator – competent working knowledge
- Figma or equivalent – for digital layouts and collaboration
- Strong typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy skills
- Good understanding of print production, margins, bleed, image resolution and file preparation
- Ability to create clean, elegant and premium-looking visual materials
Digital design
- Experience creating digital assets for websites, landing pages, email campaigns and social media
- Familiar with Google analytics and SEO.
- Ability to adapt designs across different digital formats and screen sizes
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow or similar is a plus
- Understanding of how design supports lead generation and sales communication
Brand consistency & visual communication
- Ability to work within existing brand guidelines and improve visual consistency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in layout, spacing, typography and imagery
- Ability to translate complex real estate information into clear and visually appealing materials
- Good sense of premium/luxury positioning and visual tone
- Ability to receive feedback constructively and implement revisions efficiently
Organisation & workflow
- Ability to manage multiple design requests and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong file organisation and version control habits
- Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed
- Clear communication skills when receiving briefs, clarifying requirements and managing expectations
- Practical, reliable and solution-oriented approach
Industry relevance
- Experience in real estate, architecture, interior design, development, hospitality or premium/luxury brands is strongly preferred
- Understanding of property marketing, sales materials and project communication is a plus
- Interest in architecture, urban development, design and visual storytelling
