Rate Between €4000 - 5000 RV / €2500 - 2900 CTI (depending on proven experience)

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead the development and ongoing management of strategic projects within the healthcare sector, with a strong focus on information security and cybersecurity.
This professional will play a critical role in coordinating initiatives that ensure the protection of sensitive data, system resilience, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Manage cybersecurity projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from planning and implementation to completion.

Coordinate technical and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment between IT, security, and business areas.

Define, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards.

Identify and mitigate information-security risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Implement project-management and cybersecurity best practices, frameworks, and methodologies.

Ensure compliance with regulations and standards applicable to the healthcare sector, including data-protection and information-security requirements.

Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, providing progress and risk reports.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and controls.

Bachelor’s degree or higher academic qualification.

At least five years of professional experience in project management.

At least five years of professional experience in the healthcare sector.

At least one year of experience in information security and cybersecurity.

Recognised project-management certification: PMP®, CAPM®, or PRINCE2®.

Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Strong analytical capabilities, critical thinking, and a results-oriented approach.
