- Your Mission
You will re-engage former customers, understand their needs, and win them back through a consultative and sales-driven approach.
This role combines sales + customer experience, with a strong focus on performance and conversion.
- What you’ll do
- Contact former customers via phone, email, and chat
- Identify reasons for churn and overcome objections
- Promote tailored offers and close sales
- Deliver a high-quality, personalized customer experience
- Achieve individual and team targets
- Work in a dynamic international environment
- Who we’re looking for
- C2 in Dutch/Flemish
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a results-oriented attitude
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Resilient, motivated, and confident
