Join the Finance department of Dorel Juvenile Europe and become part of the Revenue Growth Management Team. As a Junior RGM Analyst, you will collaborate closely with various departments – Sales, Product, Marketing – to drive and execute revenue optimization initiatives.
As part of RGM team you will contribute to transform commercial and financial data into strategic recommendations, ensuring that every commercial decision creates value for both the company and our partners.
- Analyze sales, pricing and margin data to explain results as well as identify trends and pinpoint improvement opportunities;
- Assist in revenue budgeting and forecasting, leveraging RGM data and insights to set sales targets;
- Generate clear and concise reports to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders;
- Centralize pricing framework management and coordinate adjustments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance analysis, preferably within a business environment;
- Advanced proficiency in of Excel. Plus: Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present information clearly;
- Outstanding analytical skills, agility and ability to translate data into actionable insights;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment;
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and growth;
- Problem solving and results-oriented mindset;
- High attention to detail and ability to connect the dots;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
What we offer
- A salary between 21.324€ and 24.324€ gross annual, based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
- This is a position for 40 hours per week.
- You are eligible for 15 months every year.
- The option is to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
- The entitlement to annual leave can be up to 26 days, according to internal policy.
